Upgrading Electron to `1.2.2`

Upgrading Electron to 1.2.2 caused problems (#32 #33). We might find more as we go along. Yet it also brings a fair share of new APIs. My hope is that it makes frameless transparent windows work on other systems than MacOS. We'll have to check that :)

In the meantime, let's make this ticket the meta-ticket for any regressions caused by the migration.

I was also hoping that the update to v1+ would mean better support for chromeless/transparent windows on other operating systems, but when I looked through the change logs and the documentation, nothing seems to have changed...it seems that there are still issues on operating systems other than OS X for chromeless/transparent windows.

@clintonbloodworth raised a migration issue via issue #30, where he says that after updating, the app fails to launch.
