modelq does not remove deprecated files

when tables are dropped modelq doesn't clean up the generated golang files. are there any plans to address this?

Thank you very much for the support. So far there are no plans to continue this project, but if you didn't edit any generated files, you can delete the deprecated tables' file and regenerate the golang files.
