Describe the bug
User voted 6 times but vote total showed 4 of 4 votes used.

Vote limit was set to 4. User reported double-clicking and getting 2 votes on 2 items plus 1 vote on 2 items, for a total of 6 votes. The retrospective summary said there were 19 total votes, but when counting the total votes, there were 21.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Not easily repeated, but in this case the user reported they double-clicked on the upvote, resulting in the system tracking 1 vote used, while the vote count on the card was 2 votes.

Other users were voting at the same time, so that might have some impact.

Expected behavior
Total vote count matches actual vote count and that user not allowed to vote more than vote limit, regardless of whether they double click.
