If archived before archive date supported option to delete board has misleading message #1373

Describe the bug
If the board was archived before the archive date was supported, the board could not be deleted. The current implementation shows a grayed out delete option with message implying the delete functionality will be enabled momentarily, which is not true. The delete option will only be enabled if the user toggles the archive off and on.

To Reproduce
The issue is hard to reproduce, since it must exist with an archived board from before the archive date was enabled, earlier this year.
Expected behavior
The delete option should not be shown. An explanation could be added in the documentation, that user should toggle off and on the archiving, if they want to delete.
