Yes. When reviewing notes in each column of the retro board, the entries are not grouped by author. This makes it difficult to follow an individual’s contributions, requiring a lot of scrolling to locate all the notes written by a specific person.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be helpful if notes within each column were automatically grouped or sorted by author. This way, when someone reviews their own notes, they can easily find them all in one place.
Describe alternatives you've considered
If automatic grouping isn’t feasible, a manual “Sort by Author” button for each column could be a useful alternative. This would allow users to toggle the view when needed.
Additional context
This feature would improve the flow of retrospectives, especially when individuals are presenting or reviewing their own feedback. It would also reduce time spent navigating the board and improve overall usability.
