Why brpc link tcmalloc in default?

vcpkg install brpc will link tcmalloc into brpc.so/brpc.a. @dg0yt , can you help me?

Because leveldb link the tcmalloc.

I believe we should modify it according to the approach outlined in this patch: https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg/blob/master/ports/leveldb/fix-dependencies.patch
