[minizip-ng] how to enable zlib feature and link to zlib-ng (not original zlib)?

Currently, the only way for minizip-ng to enable zlib support is to link against the zlib library (this is done by enable zlib feature).

Where is zlib-ng?

I found a CMake warning indicating that package lookup for zlib-ng has been disabled, which made me even more confused.

There is no simple way to switch this in vcpkg.
In this particular case, the best solution may be customized overlay port minizip-ng.
