Creating a cmake Config file in portfile.cmake

I have a package that I am trying to create a port for that doesn't provide a Config.cmake file.

I'm sure I saw a fine example of doing this in the portfile.cmake file about a week or so ago, but my Google foo seems to have deserted me so I'm failing to find it!

Please could some kind soul show me how this is done, or provide a link to a web-page that shows how it is done.

There are two ways of doing it: disguising find module as a cmake config and patching cmake to generate and install cmake config.
