[Error] An error occurred during runtime. C++ and windows 11 25H2

An error occurred during use. It runs fine the first time, but this error occurs after closing and reopening the application.

I don't know what the error is and can't fix it.

My system is the latest version of Windows 11 25H2 and has Windows Updated. I installed VC_redist.x64.exe and DxWebSetup.exe. The versions installed from NuGet are Microsoft.AI.DirectML 1.15.4 and Microsoft.ML.OnnxRuntime.DirectML 1.23.0, respectively.
