Hi,

It's a very strage behaviour. It's the first time i see this.
If email i reveiced after i clicked on preview button are blank

I'm using Outlook online

any idea

For what it worth, i have an another instance of fte COE toolkit for test purpose and mails are working fine.

@tocri We could not reproduce this issue. Can you please confirm if the issue is still present?

Thanks for taking the time to investigate... I wasn’t clear enough. If you try to create a new language (fr-FR) and then go into preview mode, the emails appear with a "preview is not available" message.

I then tried deleting the language, hoping to fix the issue, but I think that made it worse. Unable to find a solution, I had to restore a previous backup. Since then, I’ve just been translating the emails into French without creating a new language — basically, the way I’ve always done it.
