Getting the App forbidden error in the COE Admin Command Center app while opening the Flows section.
Attached the screenshot for reference.

Thank you for raising this issue.
Root Cause
The CoE Admin Command Center (specifically the Flows section) requires the following connectors to be in the same DLP policy group:

✅ Microsoft Dataverse
✅ Power Automate Management
✅ Logic flows
If these connectors are in different DLP groups (Business vs. Non-Business) or if any are Blocked, the app will show the "AppForbidden" error.

Quick Resolution Steps

• Navigate to Power Platform Admin Center > Policies > Data policies
• Identify which DLP policies apply to your CoE environment
• For each applicable policy, verify that the three connectors above are in the same group (all Business or all Non-Business)
• Update the DLP policy to move connectors to the same group
• Wait 5-10 minutes for the policy to sync
• Test the app again
