Thank you for the details. Since you are currently using CoE Core version 1.7, please upgrade to the latest version of the CoE Core Components.
The error you are seeing (UserNotLoggedIn / untrusted authority) occurs due to an authentication issue with the custom page inside the Data Policy Impact Analysis app. This is a known platform behavior and not caused by the CoE Starter Kit.

Please follow the steps below (in order):
Step 1 — Try opening the app in a clean browser session
Open a new InPrivate / Incognito window
Go to make.powerapps.com
Select your CoE environment
Open Data Policy Impact Analysis
If the app opens here, the issue is related to cached authentication tokens.

Step 2 — Clear cache only for these domains
If Step 1 didn’t fix it, please clear your browser cache/cookies for:
powerapps.com
dynamics.com
login.microsoftonline.com
microsoft.com
Then close the browser completely → reopen → sign in → try again.

Step 3 — Try a different browser
Test in Edge, Chrome, or Firefox to rule out browser‑specific token issues.

Step 4 — (Admin Only) Refresh the App
If you have access:
Go to Solutions → Center of Excellence – Core Components
Open the model‑driven app Data Policy Impact Analysis
Click Edit
Click Save → Publish
Try opening the app again
This refreshes the authentication configuration.
