What is your question?

As we continue to evolve our governance and inventory strategy across the Power Platform, we’re placing a temporary pause on the CoE Kit Office Hours.

🔍 Why the Pause? We’re focusing on deepening collaboration with the Microsoft Copilot Studio Kit team—especially around agent inventory and platform-native telemetry. This shift allows us to align more closely with the platform’s direction and ensure that future updates to the CoE Kit are grounded in unified, scalable data sources and informed by emerging product capabilities. The CoE Kit continues to be a foundational asset for Power Platform governance, and this pause is part of a broader effort to ensure its evolution reflects the latest platform capabilities. We continue to use the CoE Kit as a key feedback tool to inform in-product portal and API experiences. Our key goal in the new changes are to ensure a transition at the Power Automate cloud flow level and retention of the current Dataverse table structure to provide a smooth transition to the new API based data sources that are in development as they become available.

📦 Where to Go Next? For those tracking Microsoft Copilot Studio inventory, usage metrics, and governance patterns, the Copilot Studio Kit Office Hours is the best place to engage. These sessions will continue to surface insights and updates relevant to the broader Microsoft Copilot Studio inventory and governance community. The next session is August 6th, 7:30–8:30 AM PST.

📅 Follow-On Updates We’ll share updates on the return of public CoE Kit hours as we reach key milestones in this transition. We’re actively evaluating next steps in collaboration with platform engineering and governance stakeholders, with a focus on aligning with upcoming product capabilities and telemetry investments. In the meantime, feel free to continue the conversation via GitHub and join the Copilot Studio Kit sessions to stay connected. Monthly release updates for resolved issues will continue as the CoE Kit actively remains in support mode.

@Grant-Archibald-MS - do we know when these office hours will start again? It has been very concerning that the PowerCAT/CoE team is closing out issues with "we haven't heard, so it's all set" instead of looking to see if the issue is resolved, or saying we fixed it in this release etc.

I do not think the support team here is doing itself any favors by just blanket closing tickets instead of resolving the issue. They aren't even waiting for the person that opened the ticket to reply.

@pnoot7 We’re pausing live Office Hours on Nov 12 as we ship out‑of‑the‑box capabilities landing after PPCC and ahead of Ignite. Our goal is to give you a single, coherent view of what’s moving into product vs. what remains in the CoE Kit. We’ll publish the updated roadmap and reschedule Office Hours in December on Dec 10
