Installation fails in a clean env due to youtokentome which is a dependency of nemo_toolkit

Following the instructions in README, during pip install, one gets:

This is due to upstream install bug in youtokentome VKCOM/YouTokenToMe#94

Can fix by referencing the open and approved PR (but not yet merged): VKCOM/YouTokenToMe#108
