[Bug - Edge Addons] Publish button is disabled, can't publish extension

After uploading update to the extension and filling all the forms including Store listings,
"Publish" button is disabled. Thus the extension update can not be published in any way.

@AwesomeExtensions please record a video demonstrating the issue and share it along with the HAR file and ZIP file of your extension so the engineering team can debug the problem and work on a resolution.

I have no idea what is HAR file.
The ZIP file of the extension is exactly the same (no changes) as the previous version uploaded and approved.

When can you fix the issue?

There is no way to click "Publish" when editing new draft version of extension
