Extension review in rejected status because the steps used by tester are incorrect

I got this back as a result of the review of my extension:

Unfortunately, we cannot test the product because the product's primary functions are not usable.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the Product.

2. Navigate to webpage with Arabic words in it such as news.

3. press on the icon

4. Notice that the UI is truncated and cannot be used.

5. Highlight a word and press alt key.

6. Notice that nothing happens.

I don't understand why the tester is clicking on the extension icon, that is only for extension usage info.
And that exact usage info says to press alt key first and then double click on an arabic word to get its details, if they are ex-tractable from html.

There is even a punctuation error in a bullet point, what kind of testers do you hire?
