Well that was fast. after another question of, what do you want me to do? I got a reply of: We've reviewed your appeal for verification. Based on the information you have provided to date; we have determined that your organization does not currently meet the requirements to pass verification. As this is your third appeal, we have closed your application. Thank you, Vetting Operations Support Followed up by an email of : We tried to verify your Partner Center profile SellerId information but were unable to do so. We’re unable to verify your profile information and give you full access to Partner Center.After several unsuccessful attempts to verify your information, we’ve ended the verification process. No further action will be taken on this profile verification. Failure to complete the verification process within 30 days may result in termination of your relationship with Microsoft. So wait you terminated my ability to vet my application, and then you say if you dont verify in 30 days you may terminate my relationship with microsoft. what in the holy heck broken process is this? |

Hi Everyone, I am going through the verification process to put an extension in microsofts webstore and it asked for my domain registrar purchase invoice. i provided it, it matches my legal name, address, phone, registrar etc. it does not match business name, there is none, because my INC was not yet created. thats the only mismatch. my whois is protected by my registrar so the info isnt available but you can click a link that gets an email to me for any issues.
I keep getting an ENTITY MISMATCH and telling me to update my domain. but to what? they want me to put my full personal details on my domain registrar? they wanted domain invoice, I gave it to them and it matches my legal information which they can do a D&B search on the company.
At a loss here, the Google Chrome Extension process was nowhere near as aggravating as Microsofts. And then after I appealed again, i need more info on what you want, I then read afterward you only get three appeals. im on my 2nd or third so great now im going to get banned because the process is run by a bot?
Such a frustrating process. OH and then it says hey use support. AI driven ok great, oh thats where i raise a ticket. Oh wait NOPE gotta pay for a support plan. im sorry i gotta pay for a support plan to submit a ticket because your process is broken? seriously?
So beyond going to linkedin and hunting down the people from microsoft who can actually do something here, is there anything else I can do? I was even hopeful to get into edge's mobile extensions program but I cant even get past the initial stages. again im published in public on chrome webstore.
such a frustrating process.
