Modal "Column Filter" strange initial rendered components.

When column filter is displayed, the modal has 3 dropdowns with the same placeholders,

But based on the usage seems that they should not look like that.

• Second dropdown should have the place holder "Select the operator"

• Third dropdown should be Textbox instead. (In fact when you select the column, the third dropdown changes to an Textbox)

The modal looks strange with current initial state..
