Unable to populate code in repo

I ran the docker (#11) template and did not receive any errors and it did everything except populate the code in the repo. I also tried another template and it did the same.

@ohoover, can you be more specific about the issue? Also, please share the screenshots so that we can understand the issue.

@ohoover The issue has been resolved in PR #57. Please check out the code once it is merged into the main branch.
