Metadata file upload order is too specific #17
Description
i was adding farmm to the package and i discovered that the metadata files need to be listed in order for things to work. ex: list(Participant.txt, ParticipantRepeatedMeasure.txt, Sample.txt). really we should take them in any order and figure out the right order to merge them based on ancestor ids.
