Why is micro not in EPEL 9 repositories?

Micro is in the Epel 8 repos (https://rhel.pkgs.org/8/epel-x86_64/micro-2.0.6-1.el8.x86_64.rpm.html)

But I have upgraded to in my case AlmaLinux 9 and I am missing micro.

Does anyone know why it is not available int the latest Epel 9 repos?

Shouldn't you ask this the AlmaLinux maintainers?
For Fedora it is available even it is not really up2date yet¹, but not via EPEL.
