Is there a normalised output in this tool?

I was wondering where I can see the normalised output in the results folder.

Except for the plots folder I have also these tables in there:

Project_genetable.txt
Project_phenotypetable.txt
Project_librarytable.txt
Project_mergedcountstable_summary.txt
Project_mergedcountstable.txt
Project_rawcountstable_summary.txt
Project_rawcountstable.txt

But the count numbers in the rawcount* and mergedcount* tables are always identical.

Does it mean, that if I don't have growth_values in my config file, there would be no normalisation happening?
