Daemonizing the program

• Instead of pinging at run time, perform a scan every 5 minutes (configurable).

• Write data out on connections to toml file-- print table by iterating through last known good connection (include timestamps), or perform lookups through query system.

• Write a log to /tmp/ or any specified directory via configuration file.
