css.properties.letter-spacing - <percentage> not supported until Chrome 145 #28979

Description

@letynsoft

What type of issue is this?

Incorrect support data (example: BrowserX says "86" but support was added in "40")

What information was incorrect, unhelpful, or incomplete?

The percentage option is not available/working in chrome/chromium until version 145. The change in chromium also affects the word-spacing property, which in MDN has the option clearly marked as 'will be done', but letter-spacing doesn't.

What browsers does this problem apply to, if applicable?

Chromium (Chrome, Edge 79+, Opera, Samsung Internet)

What did you expect to see?

Extra space compared to not-setting this CSS property.

Did you test this? If so, how?

Yes, apply letter-spacing: 35% to a content, and then observe in chrome compared to firefox.

Can you link to any release notes, bugs, pull requests, or MDN pages related to this?

Do you have anything more you want to share?

The following screenshots have the letter-spacing property set on the button with orange letters.
