Suggest: remove backup files

Dear simGWAS mainainers,

Thanks for writing simGWAS, with a FOSS licence and putting it on GitHub!

I do see that approx half of this repo are backup files, e.g. my_file.x and my_file.~x. As git does the versioning for you (and it messes up my bash commands :-)), I suggest to remove these duplicates. I volunteer to do so myself via a Pull Request 👍
