See if there's a way to include CSS separately in each component

Need to investigate the rollup post-css plugin because I think there's an option to use inline CSS. However the custom microbundle package that create-react-library uses doesn't have this feature yet. So... could either try and fork and update microbundle or see if I can eject everything from microbundle to plain ol' rollup.
