Package for brew

We now have cross compilation working for x86 and arm for Windows, Mac, and Linux for the dockpack command line tool. Would be good to package these assets with brew.

For this to be on homebrew oficially, we might need for it to be more popular and for a non-author to request it ("We frown on authors submitting their own work unless it is very popular.").

In the meantime, would you be happy with creating a tap?

👋 I made a brew tap for dockpack here, with steps to install in the README.

It works for me. I am unable to check it on an Apple OS.

It turns out homebrew must use a repo named hombrew-* for taps, as far as I can tell.

Happy to merge this to a MaxwellFlitton/homebrew-dockpack when you have created it (otherwise I would need to merge updated sha256 string every release and bump the version. 😅)

It will need some minor changes for the next release, where you begin using semantic versioning for the release names. Currently part of the release link is hard coded to 'v'.
