Aggregate app rating

The Proton DB Website offers an aggregate rating for each app.
Ideally, the api should offer the aggregated rating for each app in the list and detail enpoint.

eg:

If easily possible, it would also be nice to have a "native" flag aswell for games that have native linux support.

If the proton data doesn't provide the information for "native", this api could fetch it from https://store.steampowered.com/api/appdetails/?appids=222880 (key 222880.data.platforms.linux)

As you say: the ProtonDB webservice already offers that so… This one is about access to all public data.
