Segmentation only on the DAPI channel possible?

Hi team, thanks for the repo!
I had a question - is segmentation only on the DAPI channel possible? I have mIF images, but I would like only the nuclear segmentation on my DAPI channel.

Yes, segmentation using only the DAPI channel is possible. You can create an RGB image with DAPI in the blue channel and empty red/green channels, then run the segmentation using the TissueNet training weights.
