Contrast/Saturation Settings Feature?

I did search and this didn't seem to come up but is it possible for you folks to add a contrast/saturation setting to advanced or is that something that is more difficult than I think? I see a couple of apps starting to do it and with so many headsets I have, I have found how helpful it can be to have them especially contrast. Anyway just wondering.
