Advanced settings not launching with steamvr

So recently had a problem with advanced settings not launching when i start steam vr, even though it's checked in that it should in the settings. I have tried doing a fresh install of advanced settings but it changed nothing. I know that it's just to launch it from where i installed it but just though i'd see if i'm missing something or if it's a bug/something wrong in the code
