"Excessive binding loads" error when no controllers paired #175
Description
If I open the Web Console when no controllers are paired, the vrserver category is inundated with the following message/error:
Tue Apr 23 2019 18:05:06.002 - Excessive binding loads from AdvancedSettings (23436): crc=3209310505 lc=3 Reload=F res=1
As soon as a controller is paired it stops. I'm assuming it's just continuously polling for a controller to fetch the bindings but the amount of error messages it produces seems quite high. Once the controller is turned off it stops, so I'm assuming this only occurs in a setup with no paired controllers.
