Everything is glitchy.

Hi, I downloaded this a long time ago and then stopped playing VR for a bit. When I started again I also started playing with advanced settings. I accidentally moved my playspace forward way too much, and my game started jittering a lot. I thought I´d just quit the game and start it again, so I did. Now everything is completely glitchy and jittery, when I start a game, the loading screen is jumping all over the place, and when the game loads all I see (depending on the game) is a black screen with jittering and glitchy lights. This basically renders my entire VR completely useless. I have dropped a picture in here too, imagine that, but the lights are there for half a second and then they disappear while new ones keep popping up all the time. The loading is different, it almost looks the same as if you just wriggle your hand vigorously through the air.
I´m hoping you can help me. Thank you in advance.

By the way, i should say that i have tried everything short of deleting absolutely everything and setting it all up again. I have also deleted openvr to see if taht would work, it did not.

Have you tried deleting the setting configs? If not, they're in "C:\Users(user)\AppData\Roaming\AdvancedSettings-Team"
