Feature Request: Figure out how to deal with background data refreshes

If we implement something like #12 we need to add the ability for background refreshing.
Might be worth to take a look at how to deal with that (state-of-the-art).

As you may have noticed, I preferred to advance with the basic functionality before getting into any optimization discussion. 😅
But of course this has to change if I hope that the application has any future. 😉

It might even be possible to do something via the Nextcloud push notifications...(at least to trigger a data refresh)
