[Bug]: API does not respond after changing the API port

Describe the bug

After launching the software, all the code is gone. In the console, 500 errors are displayed.

To reproduce

1. Go to ... Launch the software directly.
2. Click on ... Launch the software directly.
3. Scroll down to ..
4. See error

Based on the logs, you have changed the API port. This port may not be available to you. Change the port back to the default 4321 and restart the application.

Because I had the same problem using the default port, I changed the port.
Now I have changed it back to the default, but I still have the problem.
