Authenticated Users redirected to Dashboard from Home Page

**Describe the bug**
Authenticated Users gets redirected to Dashboard when going to home page.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Login with a valid users
2. goto http://localhost/

**Expected behavior**
Both unauthenticated and authenticated visitors of the site should be able to see the Home Page.
