Amend UI to deal with new contracts struture

Due to #410 - the structure of the underlying contracts has changed. The structure is of the following:

Storage of UI necessary information is as follows:

• TokenManager:
  • ValidTokens
  • ValidSwaps
• MarketMaker
  • Vaults (list of vault names with corresponding addresses)
• Vaults (unique to specific token)
• Total vault holdings (shares, tokens etc)
• User holdings (shares, unclaimed tez)
• Batcher
• swap holdings
• batches (volumes + clearing etc)
