Help with part values

What is the value of the resistors in RN1? Do those and R11 affect the gain of the shunt amplifier? I'm having a hard time understanding how that has an apparent gain of 20 (based on the 0.005 ohm shunt resistance)

Is there a parts list that I'm just not seeing? I had some PCBs made but now I'm wanting to hunt down components.

I cannot find RN1 in stock anywhere or anything close to it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how much I can derate this part? Such as using 2 0805's at 0.1% etc etc. I'll be redesigning the PCB anyway so now's the time to find parts which aren't unobtanium ;)

I see D1 on the board design but not on the schematics, what is the part number for this? I'm getting some boards made but want to be sure of this part first if at all possible. I'm guessing this is a transient suppression diode??
