.command should switch between "speech mode" and "command mode". The default (currently the only, speech mode), should be configurable.

What is speech mode and command mode?
Now, in speech mode:

test
You say: test
help
You say: help
.h help
Command : help
Usage   : .help, .help <command>

Shows you this list of commands or detailed help for a particular command.

Level   : Everyone!

In command mode:

test
There's no such thing as a test command.
say test
