chore: update test cases. Currently the project is using enzyme with a third party library to connect enzyme and react 17 (as for the time of updating react, enzyme wasn't ready yet).

The goal would be to double check if enzyme already has a supported version(official one) and upgrade jest to use it.

On the other hand would be good to double check if its worth to keep using enzyme (or if we should migrate to RTL)
