Log to stdout var value ignored

Bug Description:

According to docs: https://manual.manticoresearch.com/Logging/Docker_logging#Docker-logging you can set this to a value of true/false.

But the script inside the container ignores the value, just checks if the env exists at all. When removed from the compose file it finally stopped logging queries lol.

I tried it on the latest image, and it works perfectly:
