Support for `starlette`

It would be great if starlette were also supported:

fastapi builds on top of starlette so it would be handy to be able to also reference the starlette docs for re-exported objects.

Hmm, https://starlette.dev is unusual as it doesn't contain detailed/idiomatic anchor links to each of the APIs (e.g. link of fastapi.Cookie is https://fastapi.tiangolo.com/reference/parameters/#fastapi.Cookie). I do see some patterns though so it's still possible. But it will take some extra considerations.
