[Doc] Hints & Tips: How to integrate with 3rd party skill sets

May be useful to collect "Hints & Tips" on different ways people are integrating 3rd-part skill-sets.

Examples:

Right now, I believe the approaches are keep upstream in "~/.config/claude", "~/.config/codex" etc. and:

1. script sym-links into "~/.config/opencode"
2. overlayfs and mergefs

Both require scripting and trade-offs. Both those (scripts and docs) seem to be more at home here than OC - until we settle on best practices.

I believe this is related to #16. I'm currently unable to use opencode-skills because it's not compatible with skills installed via Claude Code marketplaces.

I believe this is due to upstream OC not consuming CC tools, commands, agents etc.?

Well, the entire purpose of this repo we are currently commenting on is to fill gaps in upstream OC! 😊

Plugin support wouldn't be much additional work IMO.

Understand patching gaps in upstream OC, their insistence on injecting prompts will likely be a deal breaker for me... but I'm not sure that can be resolved in this plugin :)
