Docker Install Clairifications #49

Hi, I'm from the Bodgery in Madison, WI, and I'm exploring some alternative options to our custom doorbot solution. I was trying to install authbackend with docker on our server, but the instructions don't seem to be totally clear.
I've created a pull request that clarifies some of it:
But this is incomplete. In particular, I'm not sure where the db and logdb files are supposed to come from.
