feature: add LaTeX support

Hello,

Currently, the iOS version (and more than likely the other versions) do not have LaTeX support. LaTeX is really useful for helping explain math equations, and it is something that apps like ChatGPT have (except for Gemini for some reason). 

I would appreciate it if support was added, as it is impressive that it can run at all on older hardware.
