Add support for button/custom action to turn on tv #174
Description
In my network setup i use vlans and my hass server is on another vlan than my tv so I can't turn it on normally using wol since routers drop wol between networks. For this reason i have my own implementation that is exposed to home assistant as a button but it runs some code on my server which makes the packets go between vlans. So it would be great to support using a button entity or a custom action to run when turning on the tv since now I can't use the card to turn on my tv.
