How to compile 64 bit devices. Google is not allowing apps to run if 64 bit is not supported from 1st August 2019.

Can you help me how to recompile ffmpeg library to run it on 64 bit devices. Google is not allowing apps to be run on 64 bit devices if your native code library is not compiled for 64 bit devices. 

We got only 4-5 days to fix this issue. Last date from google side is 1st August, 2019.
