Installation with pip

The installation with pip does not work anymore because the newest version of Werkzeug (3.xx) is not compatible.

adding the line
Werkzeug==2.2.2
to requirements.txt fixes the issue

Hi @chrmue44. Thanks for the info, I'll update it soon. I believe Werkzeug is only used for the gradio demo, so I might even move it to the optional dependencies. Cheers
