0.2.0 Stable Release

[mOctave]

This is the first fairly stable release of ESDF Manager, complete with infinitely more documentation than before, new convenience methods, and a framework for adding parsing options.

Some bugs may remain in hiding, but I haven't found any to squash in a while so I think we're good.
