Here's some builds I tested:
4.26 - project doesn't build - NVIDIA/MDL module not found - I'm guessing this is a build.cs issue.
4.23 - project builds and works great!
4.17 - project doesn't build. The UAssetImportData::SanitizeImportFilename API isn't public in 4.17 and the API in the ToolExample code uses a newer prototype that wasn't available yet in 4.17.
